James W. Sinclair

Originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area, I've lived in Florida since 2002. I received a B.A. in Linguistics at the University of Florida, then spent a year working as a clerk for a law firm in Gainesville. In 2007, I enrolled in law school at Florida State University, earning my J.D. and becoming a licensed member of the Florida Bar in 2010.
I started my own practice because I wanted to provide legal services in a way that is modern, flexible, and innovative—not bound by traditional ideas about The Way Things Are Done. I don't have a huge office with an expensive conference table. I don't wear suits unless I'm appearing in court or posing for a picture for my website. But I do have a commitment to providing quality legal services and sound legal advice.
When I'm not lawyering, I've been known to play ultimate Frisbee and bar trivia. I also dabble in freelance writing (my work has been featured on the humor site McSweeney's), computer programming, and graphic design.
